First, the top layer is wear-resistant paper, which determines the wear resistance of the composite floor; the wear layer used by the general strong floor brand is the imported wear-resistant layer (USA, Germany, etc.). The wear resistance of the imported 46g wear-resistant paper is above 6000, while the domestic wear-resistant paper is generally calculated by the average value, the wear resistance coefficient is unstable, and the domestic 46g wear-resistant paper At around 5000 rpm; the price difference between the imported wear-resistant paper and the domestic wear-resistant paper is not large, and the total cost is 2 to 3 yuan per square; since the price is not much different, why use the domestic wear-resistant layer? There are two reasons: First, the brand that fights the price war hopes to reduce the cost as much as possible, save one piece and one piece; second, it cannot get imported wear-resistant paper.

Fourth, the bottom layer of the balance layer, also known as the moisture barrier layer. The price here also has a difference of 2-5 yuan.

Another point is that a good substrate brand will not use a low wear layer and a balance layer, and a poor substrate can not use a good wear layer and balance layer, so if you want to lower the price of the floor, just Just change the substrate.
