1. Differences in facial tissue:

Because more than 70% of the strength of the plasterboard comes from the paper, paper is a key factor in ensuring the strength of the plasterboard.

2. Differences in the selection of gypsum cores:

High-quality gypsum board uses high-purity gypsum as the core material, while inferior gypsum board lacks control of the purity of the raw materials. Since the strength of the gypsum board mostly comes from the paper surface, and the paper surface has the direction of fiber distribution, the lateral and longitudinal rupture strength of the gypsum board is different. The longitudinal/transverse breaking load of the plasterboard must meet the requirements of the national standard GB/T9775-1999.
