There are five program items in the program group, which are the five functions of the system: operator management, initialization card, room setting, system maintenance, and front desk management.

2. Initialize Card: Initializes the card that can be used by the system for all new cards.

3. Room setting: Complete the entry and release of the installation information, maintenance card and clearance card for all hotel room information.

4. System Maintenance: Issue the administrator key card (including: total control card, area card, building number card, floor card, hour card, etc.); read the data card record; view the operation log.

5. Front desk management: This function is the core part of the system and is used by the front desk operator of the hotel. Responsible for guest registration, issuing a housing card, handling guest reservations, check-outs, renewing rooms, replenishing cards, etc.

After the system is installed, the initial setup of the system is required to enter the normal operation of the system.
