1. The chemical plant stopped the hazardous chemicals storage tank area, and everyone looked for hidden dangers.
1. The scene is messy, piled up on the canopy of the tank area, and placed with wooden sticks and other debris; 2. Stacked objects such as barrels in the tank area; 3. There is a gap in the tank area damage; 4. There is no anti-corrosion protection measures for the cofferdam and the ground in the tank area; 5. There is no skirting board on the left upper working platform guardrail, the pole spacing is large, and there is no safe color; 6, the icon storage tank did not see the tag number, Chinese logo; 7. The on-site pipeline has no flow direction identification and Chinese logo; 8. The storage tank does not see safety accessories such as liquid level gauge, pressure gauge and thermometer; 9, the illustrated tank does not have a ladder and cage, and there is no guardrail at the top of the tank; 10. The gas phase balance tubes of the illustrated storage tank are connected in series and no shut-off valve is provided; 11. Use bamboo poles for pipeline support; 12. The illustrated tank has no lightning protection and anti-static protection measures; 13. The area of ​​the cofferdam in the tank area is insufficient; 14. The spacing between the storage tanks in the tank area, the spacing between the storage tanks and the cofferdams are too close, and the requirements are not met; 15. Weeds and debris around the periphery of the tank area should be cleaned up and rectified; 23. The iron pipeline outside the tank area in the lower left corner of the scene is seriously corroded and there is no static jumper. 2. At the sewage treatment site, everyone looks for hidden dangers and lists the non-compliant clauses. 1. The scene on the scene is messy and should be cleaned up and rectified; 2. There is no anti-corrosion and anti-leakage protection on the ground; 3. The on-site pump does not have a small cofferdam, and there is no drainage ditch on the ground; 4. The pump outlet shall be equipped with a pressure gauge and a discharge discharge port; 5. A protective cover should be installed at the rotation of the pump shaft; 6, the guardrail does not brush safe color, the height is not short; 7. The cable is not routed through the pipe or the wire trough; 8. The site lacks corresponding safety warning signs; 9. The top of the pole for erecting the camera is not fixed; 10. The pipeline lacks Chinese logo and flow direction identifier; 11. Equipment and valves lack Chinese signs and are recommended to be listed; 12. There are no fire-fighting facilities and equipment at the scene; 13. There is no fire alarm facility equipment on the scene; 14. There are no occupational safety and health facilities on the site, such as eye wash, spray, etc. 15. The phenomenon of corrosion prevention or corrosion of the welded joint of the color steel shed on the scene shall be supplemented with anti-corrosion; 16. The on-site color steel shed has poor wind and resistance resistance. If long-term use, it is recommended to use reinforced concrete structure. 3, a corner of a chemical plant workshop, we look for hidden dangers 1. The fence is not painted with a safe color; 2, the fence does not use the pole, can not be used as a pole; 3. The bottom of the fence cannot be isolated by wooden boards; 4. There is no warning belt at the lifting site to demarcate the operation area; 5. Unmanned guardianship and command personnel on the ground during the high-altitude operation; 6. The crane position is too close to the safety distance of the switchboard; 7. Some cables have no protective casing and are easy to fall off and break; 8. The oil drum should be stored separately and cannot be left in the workshop; 9, poor equipment hygiene, wiring is not standardized, pipelines are placed indiscriminately; 10. The installed fire extinguisher capacity is too small, the quantity is not enough, and the placement height is not suitable; 11. The switchboard is not explosion-proof and cannot be installed at the production site; 4, power distribution cabinet security issues 1. The wires are not fixed; 2. The debris is placed on the window sill and the cable passes over it; 3. The meter cannot be placed directly on the window sill; 4. The power box and cabinet do not use the safety warning sign; 5. The oil drum cannot be placed; 6. Solid waste is not treated in time; 7. No safety instructions such as safe operating procedures; 8. No fire protection facilities.
