Daqing Oil Production Plant 4 successfully developed automatic temperature detector

Recently, the "automatic temperature detector" developed by Wei Xianfeng, a technician of the No. 4 Mine of Daqing Oil Production Plant, was put into the oil field, ending the history of artificially watching the temperature change of the oil well. Only 85 wells received a direct economic benefit of 88,200 yuan.

Originally, the oil production workers checked the oil well production dynamics every day by watching the thermometer, and the automatic temperature detector automatically alarmed through the abnormal temperature, and found the oil well production changes in time. The automatic temperature detector consists of a power supply circuit, a limit temperature comparison setting circuit, a display drive circuit, and a single-chip automatic inspection program circuit. The instrument is mainly used for automatic detection of single well return oil temperature in oil field metering, as well as production positions requiring temperature detection, such as oil transfer station and joint station. Its application completely replaces the manual inspection, and the temperature parameters realize real-time monitoring, which greatly improves the temperature feedback speed of the oilfield crude oil gathering and transportation system.
