According to the national conditions, the conclusion is: 350×350mm, t=8-16mm square tube should be produced by one-time straight seam welded pipe, 350×350-800×800mm, t =8-20mm square tube should adopt double weld butt welding process, which can not only expand product specifications but also weld ribs (internal partition), 800×800-1000×1000mm, t=20-40mm should adopt bending process, this It is the best way to produce. The technical equipment and technology for the double-weld butt welding large rectangular tube have matured on the basis of learning abroad. The first production line will be built in China.
