The electromagnetic flowmeter housing grounding is directly related to the measurement accuracy and stability, the grounding conductor must not conduct any interference voltage, so other electrical equipment should not be connected to the same grounding wire, the output part of the converter when the instrument leaves the factory The grounding wire has been set, as long as it is grounded as required. Because the sensor is connected to the metal pipe, the media in the metal pipe has a good electrical connection with the earth, so that the sensor can be installed without the ground wire. If there is more grounding When high demands are made or there is strong electromagnetic interference in the surrounding work environment, the ground wire can also be set independently.
During the use of the electromagnetic flowmeter, the flow rate displayed by the converter may be unstable and fluctuate. Especially in the case of pipeline interference currents, only good ground protection can ensure accurate measurement of electromagnetic flowmeters. Ungrounded does not affect the accurate measurement of the flowmeter. However, once the environment changes, it will cause the flowmeter to work accurately and stably. Therefore, it is best to install the grounding protection of the sensor during installation to create a good work environment for the electromagnetic flowmeter.
