2. When the turbine flow sensor is used, the sensor should be filled with medium slowly, and then the outlet valve should be opened (the valve should be installed at the back end of the flowmeter). It is forbidden that the sensor is exposed to high-speed fluid when it is in the non-medium state.
3, the maintenance cycle of turbine flow sensor is generally six months. During maintenance cleaning, please be careful not to damage the parts in the measuring chamber, especially the impeller. Please pay attention to the positional relationship between the guide and the impeller when assembling.
4. When the turbine flow sensor is not in use, the internal medium should be cleaned, and after drying, a protective sleeve should be added at both ends of the sensor to prevent dust from entering and then stored in a dry place.
5, equipped with a filter should be regularly cleaned, when not in use should clean the internal media, with the same sensor, add the dust jacket, placed in a dry place.
6. Before the sensor is installed, use the mouth to blow or dial the impeller to make it rotate quickly to see if there is any display, and then install the sensor when there is a display. If there is no display, check the relevant parts and troubleshoot.
