The capacity has been more than doubled, and the workload of the staff has been reduced, and the smooth running rate of the equipment has been improved. The granulation system adopts the underwater pelletizing process, which shortens the process of beam cooling, reduces the noise of equipment operation, reduces the occurrence of abnormal phenomena such as slumps and stockpiling, and reduces desalination due to the use of pellet water circulation. The amount of water used will reduce the energy consumption and material consumption of the product. Compared with the old line, the air delivery system has increased the product blending process to ensure the quality of the ABS product is more stable.

From preliminary design and drawing review to renovation and construction, with the help of the relevant office of the main plant, the chemical plant will work hard to ensure the smooth start of the new granulation system.
