Small taper slewing tip

When machining a cylindrical workpiece (Fig. 1), a conical turning tip with a taper angle of 60Â° or 75Â° is used, and the positioning error is also large due to the large taper angle of the turning tip. To this end, we designed and manufactured a small taper rotary tip (Fig. 2). The small end dimension d_0 and the positioning hole D size are shown in the attached table.
