Reasonable high speed improvement of mold processing efficiency

We have always believed that mold is the foundation of manufacturing industry, and the development of tooling for mold processing is an important issue to improve the manufacturing level of Chinese molds, especially automobile molds. China's auto industry has boomed in recent years, and various companies have launched hundreds of new models a year, each of which requires at least two or three hundred sets of high-precision stamping dies. Therefore, China's automobile mold manufacturing industry is developing very fast, equipment purchases are large, and high-end machine tools have been introduced, but the understanding of high-precision and high-efficiency tools is relatively insufficient. Compared with Japan, although the type and quantity of the configuration are much less, the tool consumption per unit of output value is also surprisingly large. The managers of Japan's major automobile mold factories that the author has contacted believe that China's automobile mold manufacturing level must catch up with Japan for at least 50 years. Although this statement is somewhat arrogant, it does not mean that they have seen all the levels of China's large state-owned mold factories, but we should also alert us to face up to the gap and strive to catch up.
In Japan's major automobile mold factories, the machine has not seen a speed of more than 10 000r / min, and domestic manufacturers generally pursue a speed of 20 000r / min or even higher. Yan Jie does not blindly admire pure high-speed machining. We believe that improving the efficiency of machining is the inevitable trend of tool development. In the range that tool materials can withstand, the cutting speed can be increased as much as possible. Cutting the tool is the right way to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
In fact, from the point of view of the processing site we are facing, the problem is neither high speed nor high efficiency, but firstly it must prevent excessive pursuit of high efficiency and cause abnormal loss such as knives and broken knives. Try to avoid the phenomenon of chipping caused by excessive wear caused by excessive speed, reduce waste and abnormal shutdown. Therefore, the laws of the processing process are mastered, and the automated unmanned processing commonly used in advanced countries is realized as soon as possible.
