Second, the structure and function principle:






Open the two-position three-way solenoid valve (normally or normally closed), and the high-pressure gas enters the lower chamber of the piston through the passage 5 as shown in Figure 1. Pushing the piston up, the gas in the upper chamber of the piston is squeezed out through the vent. When the piston reaches the end point, the gas is automatically reversed through the groove and air passage to allow gas to enter the upper chamber of the piston. As shown in Figure 2. The high pressure gas pressure piston descends to the end of the first cycle of the terminal, and the second cycle begins, and the reciprocating cycle sequentially causes the shaker to generate translation and sway, thereby generating vibration force. Both ends of the piston are back pressure in the low pressure zone, so they do not hit.
