In April 2006, the branch of Juhua Group, Ningbo Branch, accidentally severely scratched the crankshaft on a compressor during the overhaul process, resulting in a smooth reciprocating motion between the crankshaft and the piston. The compressor is designed and manufactured from the German company's proprietary technology, and is considered to be the largest production unit of the same type of domestically produced compressor. When such a groove appeared in the crankshaft, Juhua Group also thought of replacing new products, but because domestic manufacturers could not manufacture them at all, it would take at least seven or eight months to purchase directly from abroad. The company's relevant leaders, I heard that Aoyu Kexin has been engaged in the maintenance of mechanical parts for more than 10 years, so I found the Aoyu Kexin Ningbo branch.
The manager of Aoyu Kexin Ningbo Branch inspected the groove on the crankshaft surface. It was found that the groove was 2 mm in length and coincided with the lateral groove in the bearing position of the crankshaft. After the other party requests the crankshaft to be repaired, the cylindrical surface of the entire crankshaft is kept round, and the hardness and smoothness are consistent with the base body.
Crankshaft structure and damage:
The compressor of the plant adopts three-row symmetric balance structure. The crank angle of the two cylinders is 90 degrees, the crankshaft material is 35CRMo, the model size is 200mm, and it consists of three cranks. It is a 3-turn integral forged solid crankshaft. And there is no oil hole in the shaft.

In order to ensure a smooth reciprocating motion with the piston after the crankshaft is repaired, the repair surface must be consistent with the hardness value of the base and the camber of the crankshaft. Through the above data and the use environment, Aoyu Kexin Ningbo Branch concluded that it uses Aoyuxin's normal temperature cold melting technology and inverter pulse brush plating technology for composite repair.
1. Repair of normal temperature cold-melting technology, using the same repair material with the same hardness value as the body material, and welding the groove until it is repaired to near the reference surface;
2. The repaired surface is repaired by inverter pulse brush plating technology, so that the surface chrome plating layer can achieve the same color and smoothness as the base. The precision value is controlled within the customer's requirements, and the upper and lower errors are between 2 filaments.
