Improvement of manufacturing process of cemented carbide drill bit
A foundry purchased a batch of A122A blades made by our factory under the brand name YC8. The blade dimensions are as shown. The plant uses this blade to make carbide drills for machining cast iron pipes. The process is to heat the acetylene flame, braze the blade into the semi-closed groove shape of the 45 steel body, and then grind the shaded portion as shown in the simple device to make the drill bit.
