2. It is best not to have a URL in the letter. If there is a link, it is also very easy to intercept, because the mail system will consider it as a potential threat. If it is the company's website, it is better to cancel the link effect and remove the previous HTTP so that the client can still see our website.

3. Do not use too strange fonts. It is best to use regular fonts. Everyone knows that using different fonts and different colors can attract customers, but it's still the same as pictures. If you don't even have the opportunity to open for customers, it's a waste of effort. Strange font systems can be thought of as advertising messages. (Although we are in fact advertising, we are still better than those who invoiced.)

4. Contents do not have free and low price and other words. This is very attractive, but it is also the most common word for system interception. The general introduction content is on the line, sometimes too sensitive text, the system will intercept.

5. The title is the most critical. Comparing alternative titles can be attractive, but it is also dangerous, increasing the likelihood of interception. I suggest using some simple titles, formal ones, to avoid inconsistencies between the title and the content, and customers will find it very objectionable.

6. Be sure to send targeted emails instead of sending them in bulk. Mass interception rate will be very high, but also do not respect the customer. To send emails to customers who are related to their products, and to know about the customers before they happen. Sending thousands of emails a day can be as good as sending dozens to one hundred targeted emails. While learning about customers, you also learn a lot from customer-related consulting. 7. E-mail should have a reasonable layout, not too messy.
