IAI: Global unsold aluminum stocks at 1.355 million tons in April
According to data released by the International Aluminum Association (IAI) on Tuesday, the world's unwrought aluminum stocks in April were 1.355 million tons, higher than the revised 1.121 million tons in March.
Data show that in April 2013, the global unwrought aluminum inventory was 1.218 million tons.
IAI data also showed that in April, all forms of aluminum stocks (excluding final finished products) totaled 2.449 million tons, which was revised to 2.215 million tons in March. Last April was 2.285 million tons.
