5. During the warranty period, maintenance must be promptly initiated from Party A's application for maintenance. Party B shall organize maintenance within 10 days and shall not unreasonably delay.

How to solve the quality problem during the warranty period?

If the decoration company refuses to provide warranty for the user, the user can directly complain to the quality inspection department of the home improvement market, and the market management department will order the decoration company to provide unconditional warranty for the user or guarantee the user directly from the market.
