The capacitive grid measurement system is a closed-loop control system with no difference adjustment. Its basic measurement part is a differential capacitor. The grating and inductive synchronizer digital display measuring device with a resolution of 0.001 mm should generally have a measuring speed of about 0.2 m/s. Other sensors that measure large displacements rarely reach the level of capacitive sensors in terms of measurement speed.
3. The sensor has a simple structure, is easy to be integrated with the integrated circuit, and is easy to mechanically design. The mechanical part of the sensor is mainly composed of two sets of plates, and the structure is small, which makes the measurement system simple in structure and low in cost. This advantage is also unmatched by other types of displacement measurement systems.
4. The requirements for the use environment are not high. It can resist the interference of electricity and magnetic field. After adopting appropriate protective measures, it can prevent oil, dust and air, and is not sensitive to air humidity. It is suitable for use in workshop production. This is also a prominent advantage of the capacitive measuring system.
5. Less energy consumption. This is due to the fact that the dielectric loss and electrostatic attraction of the sensor itself are small. The circuit uses a large-scale CMOS integrated circuit to enable the circuit to work at the bottom. A button-type silver oxide electromagnetic can make it work continuously for one year. This advantage enables digital display on general purpose precision gauges and makes it a promising product.
6. Many functions and convenient use. The electronic circuit of the capacitance measuring system has been improved by several degrees, and the system has been gradually improved.
