Of course, the deeper reason is that the overcapacity caused by the excessive expansion of export-oriented enterprises in the coastal areas in the past is the result of neglecting the quality and management of expansion in the pursuit of export products. Among these enterprises, there is no industry consolidation in the industry expansion. The blind expansion of product export scale is like a high-rise building on the beach. The result is the so-called “industry leader”. If the impulse of export-oriented enterprises to “bigger” is a case, then the impulsive should be punished by the market. In fact, the signal released by the tide of corporate closure shows that at present, with the tightening of monetary policy and the appreciation of the renminbi, the cost price is rising, and the capital cost of enterprises is also increasing. The next one to two years will be China’s export orientation. It is estimated that many companies will take the initiative to close down and withdraw from the market. In other words, export-oriented companies either transform or fail. If the transformation is successful, the competitiveness of the enterprise will be stronger; if the transformation is not successful, then only the bankruptcy or migration will be done.
