The thinner the anodized film, the thicker the electrophoretic film. The oxide film thickness is generally controlled at 10 to 12 μm, and the film thickness difference within ±2.5 μm has no significant effect on the color. After the procedure with black production of blue-gray extinction electrophoresis profiles, the oxide film thickness should be properly increased, otherwise it is difficult to become a true black.

3 Single nickel salt uniformly color evenly shaded color, which plays a decisive role in the color of the final product. Therefore, color shade should be minimized in the production process.

4 Hot pure water washing The purpose of pure hot water washing is to remove residual sulfate ions and other impurity ions in the micropores of the oxide film and prevent contamination of the electrophoresis bath. Washing temperature is generally controlled at 60 ~ 80 °C, time 1 ~ 10min, water temperature can be appropriately shortened washing time, conductivity control in 30 ~ 60μs/cm, pH control in 4.0 ~ 6.0.

5 Cold pure water washing The purpose of cold pure water washing is to further remove residual sulfate and other impurity ions in the micropores of the oxide film on the one hand, and to reduce the temperature of the aluminum profile on the other hand. The required conductivity is less than 50μs/cm.

6 electrophoretic voltage 180 ~ 250V, JA is 10 ~ 20A/m2, bath temperature is 20 ~ 25 °C, the mass fraction of the solid part of the bath is 10% ~ 13%, time is 2 ~ 5min, the thickness of the electrophoretic paint film 15 ~ 20μm. The thickness of the electrophoretic paint film will affect the depth of the final composite color, so the film thickness is controlled within a small range as much as possible, generally allowed to fluctuate within ±3μm.

7 Draining and draining refers to drying the surface of the profile before it is baked into the baking oven. Otherwise, when the profile is baked, the water droplets on the surface will volatilize, leaving traces of water droplets. Generally, it needs to drain for 15 to 20 minutes.

8 Bake baking temperature 160 ~ 190 °C, time 30 ~ 40min, when the furnace temperature is low can be appropriately extended baking time, and vice versa.
