Following on August 8, 2005, Zibo Baosheng Environmental Protection Building Materials Co., Ltd. produced 1200 tons of domestic first high-grade calcium carbide slag dry grinding dry dry new dry cement production line, on January 22, 2006, the first domestic use of waste carbide Slag, a 100% wet-grinding dry calcined cement production line replacing limestone, was put into production at Xinjiang Qingsong Tianye Cement Company.

The annual cement production line of Qingsong Tianye Cement Co., Ltd. can produce 350,000 tons, which can fully utilize the calcium carbide slag produced in the production process of 200,000 tons of PVC in Xinjiang Tianye Group and the slag produced by the citric acid plant. Cement production costs reduce environmental pollution. 100% replacement of limestone not only saves resources but also enhances the effectiveness of environmental protection.
