Our company and Wang Zhaoguo jet liquefaction technology team applied Yudian AI-808A2XL2L2S4 automatic intelligent control [low pressure steam (≥0.30Mpa) continuous liquefied pneumatic injector] in the design of special equipment for starch sugar. The ejector is the key equipment for the instant gelatinization and liquefaction of starch. A manual auto-tuning mode is provided. The method is to set the set value first, then manually adjust it. After the manual adjustment system is basically stable, start the auto-tuning in the manual state, so that the output of the injector will be limited to the current manual value +10% and -10. Manual auto-tuning:
Step 1: Set the set value. Step 2: Press the manual/automatic switch A/M key to cut the manual. Step 3: First adjust the valve manually. At this time, the instrument output value is limited to the current manual value ±10%, instead of the range defined by OPL and OPH, thus avoiding the valve not being allowed at the production site.
