Our company and Wang Zhaoguo jet liquefaction technology team applied Yudian AI-808A2XL2L2S4 automatic intelligent control [low pressure steam (≥0.30Mpa) continuous liquefied pneumatic injector] in the design of special equipment for starch sugar. The ejector is the key equipment for the instant gelatinization and liquefaction of starch. Whether the process parameters can be accurately executed has a great impact on the whole production process.
Based on the digestion and absorption of foreign advanced technology, the company has developed a fully automatic AI intelligent control continuous liquefaction injector based on the actual situation in China. The equipment has reached the domestic leading level and has been widely used in the starch industry.

A manual auto-tuning mode is provided. The method is to set the set value first, then manually adjust it. After the manual adjustment system is basically stable, start the auto-tuning in the manual state, so that the output of the injector will be limited to the current manual value +10% and -10. Manual auto-tuning:
Step 1: Set the set value. Step 2: Press the manual/automatic switch A/M key to cut the manual. Step 3: First adjust the valve manually. After the manual adjustment is basically stable, start the manual state again. When setting, press the A/M button for 2 seconds to display “At”. At this time, the instrument output value is limited to the current manual value ±10%, instead of the range defined by OPL and OPH, thus avoiding the valve not being allowed at the production site. The whole self-tuning process is 5 minutes, and then the steam flow rate is controlled to control the temperature of the injector to keep the injection temperature constant, so that the starch milk and steam are more evenly mixed, the liquefaction is complete, the starch conversion rate and the total dry matter yield are improved and lowered. The AIFCS PC software displays the process flow chart. The liquefied pneumatic injector sets up the operating platform, which can set the set value, manual/automatic switching. In the manual state, the manual output value can be set, the position of the valve can be changed, and 12 parameters are displayed simultaneously.
