Analysis of Microstructure of Coarse Grain Polycrystalline Diamond Composite Sheet
Abstract Scanning electron microscopy, optical imager and other analytical instruments are used to analyze the interface, polycrystalline diamond layer and collective interface structure, microscopic uniformity and diamond layer DD without damaging the physical properties, state and internal structure of the sample to be tested. The combination of the key and other aspects qualitatively judge the pros and cons of PDC performance. It is found that the interface between diamond and cemented carbide is non-planar connection, and its performance is better than that of traditional planar bonding. The diamond in the polycrystalline diamond layer of PDC material is connected in space to form DD combined with three-dimensional network structure, which is PDC material. The main reason for the excellent mechanical properties, and the more DD bonds, the better the performance of the composite sheet.
