Aluminum electrolytic continuous casting technology research project passed certification

Recently, the China Non-ferrous Metals Industry Association held a meeting in Pingguo, Guangxi Province to hold the “Aluminium Electrolysis Continuous Casting Technology Research” project appraisal project undertaken by China Aluminum Corporation Guangxi Branch. Experts attending the meeting listened carefully to the report and questions of the project team and inspected the site. After serious discussions, experts believed that the project had the following main features and innovations:
1. The aluminum output cycle is extended from 24 hours to 36 hours, reducing the number of daily interferences to the electrolytic cell;
2. Change the aluminum cycle and increase the use efficiency of multifunctional cranes;
3, Electrolytic 320KA series operators reduced from 52 to 36 people, greatly improving labor productivity.
After the project is implemented, it will help save power consumption, casting fire consumption, gas consumption, and auxiliary material consumption. The efficiency of crane use will increase by 10.18%, labor productivity will increase by 30%, and it will have good economic and social benefits. Experts believe that the project successfully carried out the improvement of the electrolytic cell aluminum extraction cycle, and formed a mature set of dynamic aluminum continuous casting technology with advanced international standards.
