The scientific and technological achievements of the black cyclone saw industry passed the appraisal of the Science and Technology Department of Hubei Province

Recently, at the results appraisal meeting hosted by the Science and Technology Department of Hubei Province, the “53Mn2NbB saw blade base steel” project independently researched by Black Cyclone Saw Co., Ltd. passed the appraisal by the expert committee.

After a rigorous review, the Expert Appraisal Committee believes that the 53Mn2NbB saw blade base steel independently developed by Black Cyclone Saw Industry Co., Ltd. has obtained the national invention patent. The project improved and optimized the material formulation, improved the hardenability of the material, refined the grain, reduced the crack sensitivity, and improved the material rigidity, overcoming the saw of the 50Mn2V steel saw blade base in the first use. The demanding requirements of the cutting operation.

The expert appraisal committee unanimously agreed that the design of the steel species developed is reasonable and is the first in China, and the main technical and economic indicators have reached the international advanced level.

The Expert Appraisal Committee also recommended further expansion into application areas such as ultra-thin sheets, small saw blades and wood chips to expand the scale of the industry.
