The author has also been engaged in pesticide production, but when it comes to contact with some products produced by enterprises, especially emulsifiable products, it is regrettable to find that some products have more or less precipitation, which has artificially set some obstacles for their sales and promotion. . Therefore, how to effectively prevent product precipitation has become a prominent problem.
Pesticide precipitation has its own laws, and complex physical and chemical reactions are unimaginable. However, as long as the laws are followed, some methods can be found.
The author has been engaged in pesticide production for some years. Through repeated experiments and searching for books, several articles are summarized as follows:
1. Turn off good raw materials. The raw materials purchased must meet the requirements of the products, and try to buy some raw materials from large manufacturers and enterprises with good reputation;
2. Turn the ratio better. Some emulsifiable products have their fixed ratios and requirements, and they cannot be changed because of cost reduction;
3. Before preparing the emulsifiable concentrate, mix the emulsifier, solvent and filler in a certain ratio, stir evenly, and then leave it for a certain period of time to take the supernatant liquid;
4. Add a certain amount of adjuvant. After the product is finished, a certain amount of adjuvant is added according to its weight.
The first few articles can generally be done, but in the last article, we must pay attention to the fact that the cost of the auxiliary agent is low and cannot be too high. I have tried several methods, the lowest cost is only about 2 yuan, and the effect is very good, and the auxiliaries can be found everywhere.
In short, pesticides are marginal sciences and cover a wide range.
