Application of Flame Thermal Spray Welding Technology on CSP Conveying Roller
I. Overview The CSP conveyor roller is an important spare part of Ma Steel's "10th Five-Year" key construction project - thin slab continuous casting and rolling (CSP) production line. It is also a metallurgical production spare part with high difficulty and high added value. Maanshan No. 2 Machinery Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. cooperated with Harbin Welding Research Institute to introduce thermal spraying and remelting equipment from German GTV Company. The two-step flame thermal spray welding technology was used to successfully produce CSP conveying roller. Product managerization, mechanical performance testing and on-machine use, the service life is equivalent to the imported roller table, and achieved good economic benefits.
