※Precautions for use of molding mold:

1. When using the forming die, the CNC punching machine is strictly prohibited from punching the plate. It is not allowed to punch the die. At the same time, it is necessary to check the tightness of the locking screw frequently, otherwise it will easily cause damage to the CNC punching machine and the forming die.

2. The forming direction of the forming mold should be selected upwards as much as possible to avoid deformation of the product caused by the shape of the forming mold colliding with the steel ball on the workbench.


3. The lower mold of the upward molding die is usually higher than the standard lower die, so the punching die station next to it should not be used as much as possible to avoid indentation of the plate. When the molding die is not in use, please take out the oil to store the mold cabinet from the machine tool. Inside, prevent rust and dust from causing mold damage.


4. The closing height and stamping stroke of each CNC punching machine are different. Therefore, each set of molding die must adjust the upper die to the shortest time when it is used for the first time. At the same time, it should not be used directly on another punching machine. It needs to be highly fine-tuned before use. Avoid damage to machine tools and molds.


5, the full molding of the mold requires micro-distance adjustment, the operator must be patient and careful in this process. The fine tuning methods are:

Adjust the height of the die striking head assembly when adjusting the distance;

The stroke of the CNC punching machine cannot be adjusted, and only the height of the die striking head assembly can be adjusted;

The CNC punch stroke can be adjusted, and only the programming parameters can be modified to meet the requirements.


6. During the molding process, it is necessary to use the molding die processing program. When programming, reserve enough discharge time, and put the punching speed to the slowest, low-speed impact, so that the formed material has enough time to separate from the mold to avoid the plate. Deviation in deformation and molding position.


7. For high-form or unconventional molding molds, please double-sided lubricate the sheets to enhance the fluidity of the sheets during molding and reduce the chance of sheet breakage.


8. The high-molded mold has the phenomenon of scratching and collision caused by the sheet. The placement of the ball-down mold on both sides of the high-molding mold can avoid this problem.


9. Use other forming dies around the high-molding mold, or continue machining with standard punching dies to cause deformation of the sheet.


10. The position of the sheet metal is as far as possible away from the clamp and the punching part. The forming of the sheet is completed as much as possible at the end of the stamping process.
