Minister of Commerce Chen Deming said that this year, China’s imports and exports have shown encouraging growth. He expects the annual import and export volume to approach US$2.2 trillion, a decrease of 16% from the same period last year.

Chen Deming said that China will improve and stabilize external demand policies and measures in 2010, accelerate structural adjustments, develop foreign trade models, expand domestic demand for product imports, and promote regional service exports. This is to achieve "maintaining market share in foreign trade. , adjust results and promote balance."

Chen Deming noticed that in 2010, in the domestic and international markets, the business environment will be fabrics and their complex forms. Domestic economic recovery has maintained a good trend and has been consolidated, but recovery will face more pressure from structural adjustment.

In 2010, the Ministry of Commerce had implemented a series of policies to stabilize exports, which brought benefits to the textile and apparel export business. However, it is undeniable that the future export trend will be products with independent intellectual property rights, independent brands, high-tech and high added value, and traditional “two high and one resources” products (high energy consumption, high pollution, resource products ) More and more anti-dumping measures will be accepted and recalled in the international market.

Therefore, enterprises should make full use of the country's SME support policies, make efforts to change the existing production model, and strengthen the development efforts of independent intellectual property rights, independent brands, and high-tech and high-value-added products.
