Experimental equipment: YBB-01 medical packaging tearing force tester, oral liquid puncture straw, special fixture

Experimental principle: The oral liquid aluminum cap was fixed on the lower clamp of the testing machine, and the aluminum cap was penetrated at a certain speed by the oblique tip of the puncture tube, and the maximum force value of the puncture-passing part was obtained, and the qualifiedness was observed.

experiment method:

1. Take a proper amount of the oral liquid bottle cap and fix the cap on the lower clamp of the medical packaging tear tester.

2. Take the oral liquid with a puncture straw, fix the puncture tube on the upper clamp of the medical packaging tear tester, and adjust the oblique tip of the puncture tube to the easy-access part of the cap. The test machine was started, and a puncture test was performed at a test speed of 100 mm/min ± 10 mm/min.

3. At the end of the experiment, observe the maximum force value of piercing the bottle cap during the experiment. If the easy-to-pass force value is ≤12N, it is a qualified product.
