Application of Intelligent NC Nesting Programming Software in CNC Cutting

Today, with the rapid development of CNC cutting technology, people have realized that the use of advanced CNC cutting and optimized nesting technology is not only the key to ensure product cutting quality and welding quality, but also the key to improving the utilization rate of the board, so for CNC cutting and The importance of optimizing nesting is increasing. Here, in combination with the actual operation, the module function and nesting method of the intelligent CNC nesting programming software (referred to as InteGNPS) for optimizing the material utilization of the nesting materials are discussed.

The operation process conforms to the daily work flow and usage habits, from drawing, nesting, programming, simulation to output code, in one go. (as shown in Figure 2)
