Notice on the convening of the second executive director (expansion) meeting of the 4th session of the Superhard Materials Branch
Branch executive director units, professional committee members and industry enterprises:
In order to summarize the work in 2009 and deploy the work in 2010, discuss the development plan for the 12th Five-Year Plan, promote the sustainable and healthy development of the super-hard materials industry, and elect the members of the 4th Expert Committee of the industry, which was decided by the research from April 27 to 30, 2010. A standing director (expansion) meeting was held in Chengdu. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
First, the main topics of the meeting:
1. Communicate the spirit of the first meeting of the Secretary-General in 2010, and announce the results of the selection of the six top ten enterprises in the 2010 General Conference;
2. Review the work summary of the 2009 session;
3. Review the 2010 work plan of the club and the main work arrangements in the near future;
4. Discuss and review the industry's “Twelfth Five-Year†development plan;
5. The election of experts and professional committees;
6. Inform the industry of the economic operation in 2009;
6. Special lectures for invited users and industry experts 2. Participants:
Representatives of the four councils, three experts and members of various professional committees. Business leaders and people who care about the development of the industry are welcome to attend the Standing Committee (Enlarged) meeting and participate in the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan†discussion and special lectures.
Second, note:
1. The conference meeting fee is 1,600 yuan/person (the meeting is arranged for one room for two people in the standard room, and 400 yuan/person for the private room).
2. Participants must fax the receipt to the Secretariat before April 10, and do not return the person on time. This will cause the difference in house prices to be borne by themselves. If there is no room arrangement, please resolve it yourself.
3. Because the return time can be April 30th or May 1st, it is a small peak of passenger flow. Please indicate the return time, train number and destination when you return the receipt in order to arrange the booking in advance.
