Microecological preparation production process
1. Production process
At present, there are two main production processes for probiotics: solid surface fermentation and large tank liquid fermentation.
Solid surface fermentation method: the bacterial sludge cultured on the solid surface is mixed with the carrier and dried. The method has low yield, high labor intensity, is susceptible to contamination by bacteria, and is not suitable for industrial production, but has low investment.
Large tank liquid fermentation method: the process flow is: strain inoculation culture → seed tank culture → production tank culture → discharge culture liquid to add appropriate amount of carrier → drying → crushing → sieving → quality inspection → probiotic products. This method is suitable for industrial production and is easy to aseptically operate, but at a high cost.
2, processing technology
Different strains such as Bacillus, lactic acid bacteria and yeast have different tolerance to environmental factors, but as active ingredients in probiotic products, their efficacy has their own characteristics and is difficult to choose. Some protective methods, such as embedding, microencapsulation, etc., have been studied and have achieved satisfactory results. However, the cost is increased and the production process is complicated.
A study by the University of Nebska in the United States showed that the addition of oil to the diet can protect the yeast from granulation to some extent. With the development of genetic engineering, the spores in the spores are transplanted to the spore-free lactic acid bacteria to make them into high-temperature resistant strains, or to replace the lactic acid bacteria with Bacillus by combining and screening the strains. The problem of microbial destruction during granulation can be fundamentally solved. ?Z_T3/ f
At present, there are many probiotics based on Bacillus, which are used in the city and have better effects. Even though most of the live bacteria such as lactic acid bacteria and yeast are lost during the granulation process, the lactic acid, vitamin B group and high-quality protein in the culture can still exert good effects together with the bacillus. Therefore, screening for more tolerant and more functional strains has always been an important topic in the field of probiotic use.
