Interpretation of the preferential policies of the key information enterprises in the machine tool industry

1. Information feedback grading policy: “The association will establish a grading system for information dissemination, that is, according to the different roles of industry enterprises in the association organization (eg, whether it is a member) and different contributions to the association's information statistics business (eg, whether it is a network) Members), correspondingly establish a level of information that has a clear distinction between information content and timeliness. Interpretation: The new hierarchical feedback system will change the current “one size fits all” model of industry operational information feedback, embodying the principle that the contribution and feedback content are consistent. Combined with the continuous enrichment of information statistical analysis, enterprises at different levels will enjoy different depth and timeliness of information feedback. At present, the hierarchical feedback is constructed in four levels. The most advanced is the key contact enterprise. The relevant data and analysis reports can be queried online in real time, and the most timely feedback on the industry operation analysis is obtained. The remaining levels are, in turn, member companies registered in the system, non-member companies registered in the system, and non-registered users. Through the establishment of a hierarchical feedback system, the goal of participating in the industry's operational statistics work is consistent and the quality of service is enjoyed.

2. Preferential policies for booths and exhibiting prices: “Key contact enterprises will enjoy the tilt of booth resources and exhibition price concessions at the association brand exhibitions. Under the same conditions, priority will be given to the demand for exhibition resources of key network members. Interpretation: The Association first joined the consideration of industry information statistics in the more intense exhibition resource coordination, and formulated specific preferential policies for key enterprises to participate in the association brand exhibition. There are two main aspects: First, when the same conditions (exhibition level, corporate brand influence, exhibition plan, etc.) are met, the key contact enterprises have priority in booth arrangement and booth area allocation. Second, the key contact enterprises enjoy the maximum extent. The exhibition price discount is 9.75% (other discounts are only 5%). The above two preferential policies were put forward under the background of the continuous shortage of exhibition resources and the rising price of the exhibition hall. It can be seen that the feedback from the association on key contact enterprises is very strong.

3. Statistical work subsidies and rewards: “Work subsidies and rewards. The association should provide work subsidies to the statisticians of key enterprises in the first line, and carry out year-end rewards. Interpretation: In order to encourage the enthusiasm of key enterprises to contact the statisticians, to show the long-term support for relevant enterprises and statisticians to support the industry statistics work, the Association has improved the network management (such as the signing of the network access agreement) For the relevant statisticians to issue work subsidies, the key contact enterprises are tentatively set at 400 yuan/year, and the key monitoring enterprises are tentatively set at 800 yuan/year. According to the completion of the annual statistical work, the top 20 enterprises and the top 80 statisticians with outstanding performance were commended and rewarded respectively. The Outstanding Enterprise Award is awarded the honorary title of “Advanced Unit for Statistical Work in the Year”. Excellent statisticians will be awarded the honorary title of “Advanced Individual in Statistical Work” and 400 RMB Bonus. In summary, the Association has formulated and released the above preferential policies, mainly based on the needs of enterprises in the whole industry, condensing the strength of enterprises in the whole industry, promoting the smooth development of industry information statistics, and improving the operation analysis of the machine tool industry.
