The main advantages of this connection are: simultaneous contact and positioning of the end face and the tapered surface, good rigidity and high speed performance, the spindle does not expand, has no effect on the bearing; the contact zone is deformed greatly, and there is no gap between the virtual cone and the spindle taper. The radial rounding of the arbor is small, the axial force generated by the stalk is small in the contact cone, the pressure applied to the end surface of the arbor is large, and the friction of the contact surface is increased, which can be used to transmit torque to some extent. Has good dynamic balance performance. ?
The HSK shank is a new type of high-speed tapered shank with an interface that uses both the tapered and the end faces for simultaneous positioning. The HSK tool holder structure and the connection with the main shaft are shown in Figure 3. The HSK tool system adopts a 1:10 taper and the shank is a hollow short shank. The length of the shank is about 1/2 of the length of the traditional shank. The wedge effect is good and resistant. Strong twisting ability.
The working principle is to compensate the end face clearance by the locking force and the elastic expansion of the inner hole of the main shaft. Since the hollow shank itself has a large elastic deformation, the manufacturing precision of the shank is relatively low. The shank and the main shaft are locked by the expansion claws. The higher the rotation speed, the larger the centrifugal force of the expansion claws and the larger the locking force, so that it has good high-speed performance. Because the HSK tool system has a small mass and a short handle, it is advantageous for high-speed automatic tool change and miniaturization of the machine tool. However, the hollow short-handle structure also has a certain influence on the rigidity and strength of the system. HSK integral tool holder adopts balanced design. There are six kinds of tool holder structure: A, B, C, D, E and F. Among them, A and B are automatic tool change handles, and C and D types are manual tool change handles. , E, F type is a symmetrical structure without a key connection. In practical applications, the spindle speed of HSK50 and HSK63 holders can reach 25000r/min, and the spindle speed of HSK100 is 12000r/min.
