5. Nitrogen gas should be sent before heating, and the flow rate should be more than doubled when used.
After 10 minutes of exhaust, set the temperature control meter to 150 °C, the automatic heating switch is turned to open, while the exhaust is heated, 150 ° C for 2h exhaust, then set the temperature control meter to 530 ° C, ammonia The flow rate is reduced, the positive pressure in the furnace is maintained, and the exhaust port has a small airflow upward pressure. When the furnace temperature rises to 530 ° C, the constant temperature and constant flow nitriding is 3-20 h, and then the ammonia gas pressure is adjusted to a larger degree. Maintain moderate pressure, nitriding 4-70h, then reduce the pressure of ammonia gas, reduce nitrogen for 1-2h, cut off the power supply, stop heating, give a small amount of ammonia gas, maintain a positive pressure in the furnace, and wait for the temperature of the furnace The supply of ammonia can be stopped until it is below 150 °C.
