I believe many people still don't know the details that need to be paid attention after the oil pump motor is stopped. The power supply is out of phase, voltage or frequency is wrong; winding short circuit, open circuit, grounding; bearing running poorly; internal and external dirty, poor heat dissipation (external painting Too thick is also the reason for poor heat dissipation), and the self-contained cooling fan is bad, the ventilation is not smooth; the mechanical equipment is bad; the long-term high-load operation; the ambient temperature is high.

More than 90% of the damage of the motor is caused by the daily inspection of the management personnel, and the maintenance of the motor is insufficient. The following is a brief introduction of the Dalan motor to introduce the following matters:

1. Clean the motor. Remove dust and sludge from the outside of the motor frame in time. If the use of the environment is more dusty, it is recommended to clean it once a day to ensure that there is no excessive dust around the equipment.

2. Check and clean the motor terminals. Check the junction box wiring screws for looseness and burns.

3. Check that the internal connections are correct and reliable.

4. Check that all internal grounding should be reliable and there is no rust at the grounding point.

5. The connecting nuts of the internal cables of the motor should be tightened once every six months (inside).

6. After each maintenance of the motor, carefully check for missing screws and wires to prevent short-circuit accidents caused by small metal objects. In particular, after making major changes to the electrical circuit, ensure that the electrical connection is properly connected and reliable, and prevent "reverse power transmission" accidents.

7. The motor resumes operation after a long shutdown. The motor insulation should be measured. A 2500V megger should be used. After the test insulation is passed, it can be started.

8. When the motor is being repaired, after the motor is disassembled, the parts should be placed in the original position to avoid increasing the workload.

9. When disassembling and installing the rotor, be sure to follow the requirements of the main points, and do not damage the windings. The winding insulation and winding paths should be tested before and after installation.

10, when disassembling and loading, you can not directly hit the parts with a hammer. They should be padded with copper, aluminum rods or hardwood, and symmetrically knocked.

11. The cleaning agent for cleaning the motor is not allowed to fall.

12. The maintenance site needs to be cleaned.
