If they are not rectified within the prescribed time limit, they will be punished according to law until their mining rights are written off.

The “Opinions” put forward the following requirements for strengthening the management of geological exploration projects: Key exploration project prospectors should increase capital investment, speed up work progress, and submit geological survey reports in a timely manner. Geological exploration units undertaking key survey projects must establish a chief expert system. The overall responsibility for the quality of the survey and exploration of the key exploration projects shall be taken up; the government of the location of the key exploration project shall maintain the exploration environment.

The "opinions" pointed out that the competent department of land and resources should strengthen the management of the exploration authority's capital investment, work progress, and exploration quality, and in conjunction with the annual inspection of mining rights, it is believed that this "opinion" will be issued to Anhui Minerals.
