Analysis of processing technology of roller shaft

The processing precision of the roller shaft is relatively high. How to complete the processing of the roller shaft within 120min. At the same time, we have adopted a high-precision curved surface knives, high-speed knives, and multi-purpose drilling fixtures. Anyway, the cutting tool holder, the special positioning tire, the length card, etc., under the premise of ensuring the quality, only used 92min processing, and received good results.
