Wheel-cut unequal pitch broach

In the past, ordinary wheel-cutting equal-tooth circular broaching tools were used to broach the internal bore of the gear, often causing defects such as cutting knives, ring marks, corrugations, bell mouths, fish scale spots, etc., and the quality was not easy to guarantee. In response to this problem, we tested the wheel-cut unequal pitch circular broach and modified it partially. It has been proved that the improved wheel-cut unequal pitch broach is an ideal tool for machining the inner bore of the gear. . As shown in Fig. 1, the wheel-cut unequal pitch circular broach is mainly used to improve the structure of the ordinary circular broach which is easy to cause the swing.
