Vibrating screen installation and commissioning
When installing, the steel plate should be embedded according to the requirements of the equipment drawings. The upper plane of the pre-embedded steel plate is required to be on the same horizontal surface. The pre-buried steel plate and the foot bolt required for installation are provided by the installation department.
The support springs of each screen should be matched before installation to ensure that the height and stiffness of each spring are basically the same. After the vibrating screen is shipped, if it is installed more than 6 months, the bearing in the vibrator must be removed and cleaned before the installation, and new grease (No. 2 lithium grease) must be injected.
After the vibrating screen is reinstalled, the eccentric shaft must be rotated by hand without excessive resistance or jamming. Otherwise, the cause should be checked and adjusted.
After the components of the vibrating screen are installed, after the inspection is passed, the test run can be carried out. Before the test run, the bolts everywhere should be inspected and tightened. There are obstacles around the screen that hinder the vibration of the screen frame. Test run 4-6 hours, observe the operation of the sieve machine, if abnormal sound or vibration loss is found, stop the machine in time to check the cause and eliminate the fault.
The following items should be checked during the test run for 4-6 hours:
1. The temperature of the vibrator bearing requires that the maximum temperature does not exceed 75 ° C and the temperature rise does not exceed 45 ° C.
2. The tightening of the fastening bolts everywhere, and found that the looseness should be tightened in time.
The vibrating screen can be put into production after passing the test run. In the first two weeks after the screen is put into production, the fastening bolts of each place should be tightened once a week and tightened once a month.
