Fritz Studer AG has introduced S33 and S31 machines with four new center distances of 400, 650, 1000 and 1600mm. The STUDER S33 has a new grinding headstock that can be equipped with a different position for an electric spindle for cylindrical grinding and a high-frequency spindle for internal grinding. The workpiece can be machined with three grinding wheels. Personalize processing faster. The machine has a fully automatic 1° face plate with a B-axis and a maximum workpiece weight of 150kg.

The STUDER S31 is a versatile tool for difficult tasks. With a damping element in the direction of motion, an optional drive can be used to equip the B-axis with a direct drive with a resolution of 0.00005°. The grinding spindle box can be equipped with up to three grinding wheels and can be combined with external grinding/internal grinding. Up to two external grinding spindles or internal grinding spindles can be used. The S31 is also equipped with a workpiece headstock with a direct measuring system and a software package StuderForm HSM.

The Boryeong PROFIMAT XT combines a wide range of processes in one machine for reciprocating and slow-feed grinding, and for IPD and CD grinding with the optional overhead dresser. For the first time, a new generation of products has achieved fast stroke grinding in this series. The operator panel consists of three sections and provides a separately adjustable screen area that can be programmed for information about the required work steps and can be recalled in a user-defined manner. The machine offers options including part drawings, 3D models, operating manuals and schematics, and the Grips Profile, a programming system developed by Blohm for wheel forming.

The Mägerle MFP 51 sets a new benchmark in flexibility and equipment configuration. It is equipped with a gantry type 66 station integrated tool changer. The tool magazine can also be adjusted according to customer needs during the project planning phase. Thanks to the top-mounted dresser with a speed of up to 12000 r/min and integrated in the grinding bracket, the machining time with high-speed spindles is very short. It is only necessary to synchronize the grinding wheel and the diamond dressing roller with one double gripper for each machining step. The use of a top-mounted dresser eliminates the need for dressing after the grinding cycle and the time it takes to move to the dresser. The two-axis controlled nozzles optimize the supply of coolant and the grinding wheel and tool identification system is used as an option.

The Walter HELITRONIC G 200 is the latest tool grinder from WALTER. The machine tool is designed by Sino-German R&D and industrial divisions and is fully assembled in China. With a footprint of only 2.3m2, it can grind or grind a rotationally symmetrical tool with a diameter range of 1 - 125mm. The maximum workpiece length is 235mm, the maximum workpiece quality can reach 30kg, and it can be equipped with a grinding wheel with a maximum diameter of 150mm. The machine uses WALTER's world-renowned HELITRONIC TOOL STUDIO tool operating software for easy operation and flexibility.
