The fifth “National Inspection, Testing and Testing Institution Open Day†event kicked off on September 9, 2015. In response to the call, the public was allowed to experience and understand the abrasive product inspection process and strengthen the abrasives inspection organization and the public. Communication and exchange, easy to face-to-face to listen to the public's opinions and suggestions on the inspection of abrasive products, the National Abrasives Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (hereinafter referred to as "Quality Inspection Center") was held from September 28 to September 30. The three-day “Public Abrasives Laboratory Public Open Day†event invited the public to visit the laboratory.
The public open day of the Abrasives Laboratory was welcomed and supported by many industry companies. During the event, nearly 50 technicians from more than 20 enterprises and universities were visited and studied, including Henan Huanghe Cyclone Co., Ltd. and Fenike. Superhard Materials Co., Ltd., Zhengzhou Xinya Composite Superhard Materials Co., Ltd., Henan Xinda New Materials Co., Ltd., Zhengzhou University, Henan Yuxing Huajing Micro Drill Co., Ltd., Henan Huifeng Diamond Co., Ltd., etc.
The staff first briefly introduced the development history of the quality inspection center and the main responsibilities of the abrasives industry. During the visit, the staff introduced the details of each inspection equipment around the theme of “reliance on advanced testing to improve product qualityâ€. The principle of detection, the method of operation and the scope of application have greatly benefited visitors. After the visit, Director Zhang, who was in charge of the abrasive inspection, answered the questions for the visitors. Director Zhang answered the questions of the composition analysis of inorganic materials, the analysis of the composition of organic matter, the particle size detection of the micro-powder, the quality evaluation of the surface-plated diamond, the detection of the wear ratio, and the surface topography of the materials. After the discussion, the visitors took a group photo.
