First, the classification of difficult profiles. The so-called difficult profiles can be divided into: thin wall thickness, large cantilever, multi-cavity, long wing and so on.

Thin wall thickness: This product will appear squeezed during extrusion production, easy deformation (section size, shape bit size) situation. Due to the thin wall thickness of the profile, the extrusion ratio is too high, and the process parameters are required to be high. If the control of a certain parameter is not ideal, the extrusion of the profile will not occur, resulting in blockage; also because of the thin wall thickness, the difficulty in designing the mold will increase. It is prone to uneven flow velocity in various parts of the aluminum, resulting in deformation after extrusion of the profile, the size does not meet the requirements.

Cantilever: The size of the opening is too large. Cantilevered profiles are usually open size with an open cavity depth of more than 3 times or more than 3 times. The principle is that the corresponding force support of the hollow part of the cavity is borne by the metal of the opening part, and the opening part will break.

Multi-cavity: partial wall thickness. Excessive number of cavities in the profile product (five), the corresponding mold forehead in the cavity part will oscillate due to the force of the mold, resulting in uneven thickness of the product, one side is thin and one side is thick.

Wing side length: not parallel, adjust the angle. This type of product has a cavity with a winged edge. However, if it is too long and the length of one side is more than 50mm, the metal flow at the edge of the wing is not easy to control, so the edge of the wing will be bent.

Second, the impact of the difficulty profile discharge size on its use.

1. Firstly, the external dimensions of the profiles, the shape rules are not enough, not parallel and not vertical. After such a product is assembled and assembled, there are stitching gaps and height difference; most products are square in design, so there is a parallel and vertical relationship. If these requirements are not satisfied, it will inevitably affect the installation accuracy.

For example: push-pull windows and doors in the bulging belly, solid spurs, etc. Because the plane is to be the other side of the column, fixed on the other splicing, the plane is uneven, there will be gaps. If there is no splicing, the impact is much smaller;

After the side door of the sliding door and window is sealed, there will be a large gap when splicing with the upper and lower parts. When designing, the side seal opening is 0.4~0.6mm larger than the width of the crossbar. If the opening is small, as small as the cross-web width, side cross-material cannot be inserted or installed;

Slamming the top and bottom of doors and windows, this phenomenon is more common, but because the bottom is only to install the pulley, so after the impact of the mouth is not great, you can force to install the pulley down.

Flat sides of windows and doors are uneven, and the edges of fan wings are adducted. If the edge of the frame material or fan material is not flat, then after sawing, there are joints in the corners, because when the material is blanked, the large surface is the positioning surface during sawing, the positioning surface is inclined, and the angle of material cutting is not accurate.

The splicing surface of the middle sill or frame of the flat open door and window is uneven, and there will certainly be a gap after splicing.

2, followed by the assembly product size of the profile, the product size will appear when there is a problem: can not be installed; not good to install; specifically to install the corner, angle piece, pressure line, cover, lock bar and other examples.

When installing the corners, the corner size and the cavity size are in one-to-one correspondence. The angle is 0.2-0.7mm smaller than the cavity, and the general design is 0.3mm. However, there are actually tolerances, so a small difference of 0.1mm, a large difference of 0.7mm. The gap is too small to fit in, too big, and the group is not strict after the angle. Impact intensity. Corner glue should be used when assembling the corners.

The angle pieces, the drawings have the size of the mounting angle pieces, some marked with tolerances, such as the Rocky drawings, and some without tolerances. Because the corner piece is generally customized, the size is smaller than the cavity by about 0.5mm, so the slot size of the corner piece is relatively loose.

Pressure line, the user requirements are exactly the strength of the installation, but it is not practical to fully meet the requirements of the user, but the pressure line must meet the use of the basic conditions, can be installed (if necessary using a hammer), the installation can not afford (when Will not fall by myself). The angle of the square pressure line must be positive, and the pressure line should be attached to the surface of the frame, fan, and squat. The principle is that the pressure line can be introverted and cannot be tilted. Inclining 0.5mm is OK. At the time of design, we will set aside the gap. For example, Rocky pressure line, height 22 size, we are open by -0.3mm. In order to ensure the installation of the upper pressure line and the flat surface after spraying.

The cover plate, like the nature of the pressure lines, can be installed and cannot be dropped. If necessary, use a mallet to break in.

Lock bar, Rocky's GDR1404, etc., with the European standard slot size, 15/20 size. When the mold is opened, the design size is a positive tolerance of 0.2mm. The lock bar can move flexibly in the slot.

Third, pay attention to the project when producing.

1, the first material extrusion. It is more critical to rely on the extrusion of the front root rod to control the operation.

For easy-to-block molds with thin wall thickness, the aluminum rod, extrusion tube, and mold temperature must be guaranteed. The extrusion speed (the speed of the extrusion axis is relatively slow) is adjusted.

For large cantilevered, winged profiles, in addition to the control of the process parameters, special mold support pads must be used. The use of a dedicated support pad reduces the amount of elastic deformation of the mold and prevents the mold from affecting the metal flow rate.

2. During normal production, the process parameters are well controlled. And take corrective measures according to the situation.

The use of a traction machine helps to adjust the speed of the material out of the profile, making the two products more visible. For flattened products after profile extrusion, use corrective measures. Commonly used graphite plates (bars) pressure. Angled pad, bottom slope, to adjust the angle. When the opening profile is stretched, the use of the pad blocks the cavity to effectively reduce the deformation of the profile.

3, shaping. This is a later process. If the previous method is not feasible, you must perform root shaping. The shaping machine is used in the shaping process, and special shaping rollers are used to improve the quality of the shaping.
