Longji and special change signed 91,000 tons, 8 billion monocrystalline silicon contract

On July 28, Longji shares announced that in order to better meet the future market demand for high-efficiency single crystal products and ensure the stable supply of polysilicon materials, the company's subsidiary Yinchuan Longji Silicon Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yinchuan Longji”) Ningxia Longji Silicon Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Ningxia Longji”), Baoshan Longji Silicon Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Baoshan Longji”) and Lijiang Longji Silicon Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Lijiang Longji”) and Xinte Energy Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinte Energy") and Xinjiang Xinte Crystal Silicon High-Tech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinte Crystal Silicon") signed a long-term single-polysilicon purchase contract on July 27, 2018.

According to the announcement, the total amount of contract purchases is 91,080 tons. According to the second week of July 2018, the average price of polysilicon first-class dense materials announced by the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association Silicon Industry Branch is 88,100 yuan/ton (including tax). Estimated, the estimated total contract amount is about 8.024 billion yuan (including tax), accounting for about 72% of the company's 2017 audited operating costs.

The long-term purchase contract signed this time belongs to daily business procurement, which is in line with the company's future business needs. It is beneficial to protect the long-term stable supply of polysilicon raw materials of the company through the long-term method of locking the price without lock price, monthly bargaining, and batch purchase. It will not directly affect the company's current performance.
