Huang Shi wants to build the first city of hardware and electrical machinery in southeast Hubei

On the 7th, Huang Xingshi ** Standing Committee Party Group **, Deputy Director Wu Xinglong led the relevant department heads and went to the Huangshi City Bridge Bureau to investigate the construction of the Huangshi Hardware & Electromechanical City project.

The project is one of the 76 city-level leaders' hanging points in the construction of this year's “Three Strategies” project. In light of the fragmented reality of Huangshi's local hardware and electrical machinery market, the Municipal Bridge Bureau actively sought investment, and cooperated with Suzhou Hengsheng Industrial Co., Ltd. The project was laid in November 2010 and has now entered the review phase of the planning scheme. The project is located north of Yingbin Avenue and east of Hubin West Road (behind the Red Star Meikailong Shopping Mall). Phase I covers an area of ​​about 55 acres, a construction scale of about 65,000 square meters, and an investment of about 200 million yuan. The project plan includes functions such as expo display, transaction, warehousing and logistics, e-commerce, supporting office, and business hotel, aiming to build the first city of the southeastern Hubei commerce and hardware industry. After completion, it will be led by hardware products, mechanical and electrical products, etc. It will involve nearly 20 types and tens of thousands of varieties. It is estimated that more than 2,000 jobs will be provided.

Wu Xinglong emphasized that the implementation of project construction progress is a concrete embodiment of the implementation of the "three strategies" of the municipal party committee; the functional orientation of the project should be high starting point, excellent service, and strong competitiveness; all relevant departments should improve work efficiency and strengthen coordination supervision. The construction of the project will be completed in a good and fast manner.
