D5MC centrifuge passed technical appraisal

The D5MC centrifuge for PVC special separation equipment of Chongqing Municipal Science and Technology Innovation Project undertaken by Chongqing Jiangbei Machinery Factory passed the technical appraisal and project acceptance of the Chongqing Economic Commission. Experts believe that the centrifuge is ideal for the separation of PVC resin and can be used to replace foreign similar products.
The D5MC centrifuge has a separation factor of 2120, a length to diameter ratio of 3.2, a production capacity of 3.5 to 4.1 tons/hour, a solid content of ≤400 ppm, and a sediment moisture content of ≤25%. Since it was put on the market in 2001, more than 10 sets of chemical companies in Xinjiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, Yunnan, Guangxi and other places have been used for the separation of PVC, which has created good economic benefits for users.
