In the production process, we encounter many machining problems of eccentric shafts and eccentric sleeves, and sometimes there are dozens of eccentricities of hundreds of different sizes. If it is machined with a fixed eccentric jig, then the same size of the shaft and hole, the eccentricity is different, you have to make a set of fixtures for each eccentricity. The fixture has high precision and long cycle, and each set of eccentricity is a set of fixtures. The cost is large. To this end, we have designed an adjustable eccentric clamp (pictured) to be put into the production line.
