Second, the cause of the accident

After the accident, the accident investigation team determined that this was a liability accident caused by the poor management of the construction company's equipment and the confusing construction site safety management.

In this incident, a total of 15 were held accountable. Among them, 3 were dismissed, 3 were discharged from the labor contract, 2 were imposed with a fine of 30% of the annual income, 1 was demoted, 1 was transferred from the workplace, 3 people were interviewed, 1 was recorded, and 1 was warned.

In the handling of the unit responsible for the accident, the security supervision department imposed a fine of 350,000 yuan on Hubei Lingzhi Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1 of Article 109 of the "Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China."
